I work in philosophy of mind and philosophy of agency. I've published articles about two-way powers, practical knowledge, and direction of fit. During my time at the Center I will be mostly working on a book manuscript about mistakes. I will also be working through some material about neurodiversity, ability, and disability; I am curious whether any theory of "normal" (or "healthy") human abilities is liable to encourage the kind of ableism that seems present in Aristotle.
